Job Description

  • Act as the primary bilingual liaison for high-priority international projects, ensuring flawless communication between English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders (clients, teams, partners).
  • Lead end-to-end project management for consulting engagements: define scope, develop plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Synthesize complex cross-cultural business requirements and translate them into actionable project goals.
  • Prepare and present professional reports, proposals, and presentations in both languages.
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and serve as the key point of contact for project governance.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies for brands to enter and succeed in global e-commerce markets (e.g., helping Western brands sell in China via Tmall/抖音, or Asian brands scale in Amazon/US/EU markets).
  • Advise on platform strategy (marketplace selection, direct-to-consumer setup), digital marketing localization, cross-border logistics, payment solutions, and customer service.
